Quality is our top priority, and we strive to provide exceptional
service to our customers. If there is any kind of miscommunication
or dispute that led to dissatisfaction, please let us know and we
will do our best to fix the problem before you leave the salon.
Returns

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse
any payment transactions on gift certificates even If they are lost,
misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash
or extended beyond the expiration date. All service sales and gift
card sales are final.

Appointments/Arrivals

We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your
schedule to allow plenty of time to park your car and check in.
If you are a first-time client, you may be asked to fill out a profile
card.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a “NO SHOW” and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service a late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at a scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you. For your protection, we regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We will not be responsible for any loss or stolen articles or items on-premises. Child our services are reserved for you and other clients for total relaxation. We request that young children who are not receiving a service must be supervised by an adult and remain in the waiting area
